We currently produce six main types of hot melt adhesives: EVA Hot Melt Adhesive, Polyolefin Hot Melt Adhesive, APAO Hot Melt Adhesive, PUR Hot Melt Adhesive, Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive, and Butyl Rubber (IIR) Hot Melt Adhesive.
Our hot melt adhesives are versatile and widely used across various industries, including packaging and printing, furniture and home goods, automotive, new energy, electronics, air filtration, medical and hygiene products, labeling and tapes, textiles and footwear, and construction.
We can also develop customized hot melt adhesive solutions based on your specific needs.
- Typically, we offer a 12-month shelf life, although adhesives stored indoors often remain effective for up to two years.
- For PUR reactive hot melt adhesives, the shelf life is 9 months.
Hot melt adhesives are 100% solid, containing no water or solvents, making them inherently environmentally friendly.
Additionally, they cure quickly, significantly boosting production speed and making them a popular choice for energy-efficient, eco-friendly applications.

- We ship directly from our Qingyuan factory, which is approximately 2.5 hours by road from the nearest port, Guangzhou Port.

- Each production kettle has a 2.5-ton capacity, and we operate 20 kettles for efficient production.
- We usually produce based on orders, but for standard models, we keep a stock of 2-10 tons, managed by our logistics team on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Technical support is a key part of our service, and we offer detailed TDS, MSDS, adhesive application guides, and hot melt machine cleaning instructions upon request from your sales representative.
- We also provide various support options, including video calls, phone consultations, and scheduled on-site technical services.
